More than a year after IBM shut down the sales manual and announcement letter teams and put me and 9 others out of work, I'm still having some issues adjusting to retirement.  Thirty-two years at IBM and 31 years on the Sales Manual makes it difficult to adjust.  Mark and I are also dealing with another issue with relatives of his and his late mother's house.  Once that is resolved fairly, I don't really have any significant personal obstacles to overcome in my retirement.

A few friends are having physical problems.  Mike's knee is arthritic.  Roger had a few aches and pains that he is currently keeping at bay.  My sister has her allergies.  Primarily, we're all getting older by the day, so these concerns are only increasing with age.
